Thanks to @Baskonia y @deportivoalaves for trusting #serisancomunicaciongrafica to carry out a remodeling at La Baskonia-Alavés Experience Store.

Baskonia-Alavés Experience Store

The centrally located establishment continues its commitment to offering the best quality in the user experience and has undergone a change of look this Christmas. A remodelling through different actions such as the improvement of the lighting, the redistribution of the spaces to improve the visibility of the products and to optimize the available space, the design of new visual elements or the training of the professionals to offer an optimal advice according to the needs.

All this with the aim of continuing to improve the quality of the shopping experience of the user who visits the establishment and that it is unique. As part of this continuous commitment to enrich the customer experience, Grupo Baskonia-Alavés has opened a new official store in the e-commerce giant, Amazon, and has also incorporated a wide variety of new products to its fashion and merchandising lines.

What elements make up visual merchandising?

Visual merchandising produces an impact on the customer through the design and combination of various elements. It is common to relate the concept of visual merchandising to the shop windows and exterior appearance of a store or business; these are elements that, although they help to define the marketing and visual merchandising strategy of a company, they are not the only ones.

It is also important to consider all those elements that are part of the store, premises or business and that, as we have said, will improve or contribute something different or innovative to the customer experience. These are some of the elements:

  • The different elements and techniques used in the process of lighting the space
  • The packaging of the products.
  • The colours and designs used for the decoration of the premises.
  • The way in which the different elements of the store are organized and marked, as well as the presentation of the product to be sold.
  • We may also consider possible offers that customers get during their shopping process in the store.

In short, visual merchandising is made up of all the elements that define the customer’s shopping experience
